Julie DeLorenzo has been an active REALTOR® since 1994 and is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Boise, specializing in residential brokerage. She received the Idaho REALTOR® of the Year in 2003. Julie was honored by Boise State University in 2005 with the “Women Making History” award and received her community’s “Tribute to Women in Industry” award in 2007.
Julie is the President of the Idaho Association of REALTORS® and the REALTOR® liaison to Congressman Walt Minnick. She serves as an RPAC Trustee and invests annually in RPAC at the Golden R level. Julie served on NAR’s Housing Opportunity Committee (2005-2007) and Public Policy Coordinating Committee (2007-2009), and currently serves on the Risk Reduction Committee.
Julie is active in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® having served as: National Executive Committee (2006-2008), Regional Vice President (2005), Leadership Development Forum Chair (2008), Governor (2001), State President (2000) and Local President (1998). She has taught at the Council’s Leadership Skills Training in Chicago and is a frequent panelist, speaker and facilitator at National events.
A believer in the “you get by giving” philosophy, Julie has a strong commitment to her community. She has been instrumental in raising funds for numerous, local, non-profits; key among them, having served nine years on the board of the Idaho Human Rights Center helping to raise over 3.2 million dollars to build the Human Rights Memorial in downtown Boise. She currently sits on the board and executive committee of the Women’s and Children’s Alliance whose mission is to eliminate domestic violence.
Julie and her husband Tom are co-owners of DeLorenzo Consultants, a real estate consulting firm, and live in Boise with their son Hank…who, in their words…“Is the coolest thing we’ve ever done
